ALCOHOL PURCHASES REPORTED TO THE STATE BY CITY BEVERAGE.

Where to find your total sales:

There is a running (MTD) monthly total of your alcohol purchases from City Beverage on the bottom on your invoices. You will want to take your MTD totals sales on your last invoice for the month and add the sales for that invoice to it. (The TOTAL SALES FIGURE that you are adding to your monthly total is below the THANK YOU at the bottom of the invoice. Do not include any deposits charged or credited. You do want to subtract any pick- ups that were alcohol items and subtract any allowances that are listed below the TOTAL SALES).

NO DEPOSITS FOR EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE USED – ONLY ALCOHOL PURCHASES ARE REPORTED TO THE STATE.
